Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Miracle Wash purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

CHANGE OF MIND

If after 3 months of use and following the instructions you are not satisfied with your Laundry Ball kit, we will refund your original purchase price minus the cost of postage.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The kit must be returned within 3 months of purchase
  • You must have followed the instructions (including cleaning your machine before first use)
  • The kit must be returned complete - all balls, refills and stain remover

To start the process, email us at info@laundryball.com.au before sending anything back. Once we confirm, send the complete kit to:

We will process your refund once the kit is received. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If your large laundry ball is faulty or damaged on arrival, please email us at info@laundryball.com.au with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement.

Please note: the smaller laundry balls are not covered by a replacement guarantee. This is why every full kit includes the larger ball, which is our improved and more durable design.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@laundryball.com.au. Include a photo where possible and we will make it right.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and will appear on your original payment method within a further 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
