Shipping policy

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. All orders are dispatched from Darlington, Western Australia.

All prices on our site are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may take a little longer. Please allow 2 weeks before contacting us about a delayed order.

If you need your order urgently, please select Express Post at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order:

• Up to 500g - $7.50
  501g to 1kg - $12.30
• Over 1kg - $16.00

Order Tracking

All orders are sent with a tracking number via Australia Post. If your order is more than 3 weeks late, email us at info@laundryball.com.au and we can look up your tracking details.

International Shipping

We are not currently offering international shipping.
